The UbiBot GS1-A1RS version 2 offers advanced environmental monitoring with integrated light sensors and RS485 expansion for external probes, making it perfect for diverse industries like agriculture, cold storage, and laboratories. It can monitor temperature, humidity, and light levels while supporting external probes for parameters such as soil moisture, CO2, and extreme temperatures.
Designed for harsh conditions, the IP65-rated GS1-A1RS version 2 is built to last. With its 2500mAh lithium battery, it offers up to six months of monitoring. The device connects seamlessly to 2.4GHz WiFi networks, providing real-time data access and alerts through the UbiBot platform. You can manage alerts for unusual readings or network issues via the free app, email, or IFTTT, with the option for SMS and voice notifications (extra charges apply).
Whether you’re monitoring a greenhouse, server room, or cold storage facility, the GS1-A1RS ensures 24/7 monitoring with 200MB of free cloud storage, enough for two years of data. Full data export/import capabilities (PDF/CSV) provide comprehensive reporting. Additionally, the RS485 port allows you to connect multiple external probes, tailoring your system to specific monitoring needs.
It also supports multiple 5V and 12V RS485 external probes, but only one of each type can be connected at a time.
The clear 4” LCD screen allows you to instantly view the latest data.
The device supports three types of power supply: internal lithium battery, Type-C 5V (USB cable provided), and DC 5V/2A (included). The 2500mA lithium battery ensures a long working time.
The UbiBot GS1-A1RS to support DS18B20-Audio Temperature Probe, must add a Temp-RS485 Converter.
The UbiBot GS1-A1RS to support 12V Audible Alarm, must add a RS485-Alarm Converter and power by 12V/2A power adapter.

NOTE:
- It supports multiple 5V RS485 external probes, but only one of each type can be connected at a time.
- For WiFi connection, GS1-A1RS can only work with a 2.4 GHz WiFi network. 5 GHz WiFi is not supported.

The GS1 series device has an IP65 protection rating, which effectively prevents dust ingress and resists low-pressure water jets. However, when exposed long-term to harsh outdoor environments (such as continuous rainfall, high humidity, or intense sunlight), there is still a potential risk of moisture or rainwater gradually infiltrating, which could affect the device’s long-term stability and service life.
It is recommended that for outdoor use, the device be installed in a weatherproof outdoor distribution box or other sheltered environment to enhance its reliability and durability in complex climatic conditions.
